From beginning to end, our stay at the ABO was magical.

Considering this place is for people who want to see the Aurora and will therefore likely be up until the early hours, we were woken up on our first morning at around 6:30am to banging and diggers arriving.

Good breakfast provided. Also next time North Senja safari and fishing!

The apartment we stayed in here is lovely, my fiancé and I had a wonderful time going on walks in the surrounding woods, feeding the reindeer and even a little sledding. Simply having the opportunity to be in this most beautiful of surroundings and seeing the northern lights was worth every penny. in the middle of the nature, is just the perfect kind of trip during these times. We had the most amazing views across to the mountains beyond, with nothing but snow snow and more snow to see. You see the city of Finnsnes and big mountains of the inland, All sky camera. I would recommend this route from Tromso airport to Finnsnes and so to Senja. unfortunatley this was not the case. other and had a fantastic aurora talk by the absolutely wonderful astronomer and photographer Matt Robinson and photographer and film makerJacqueline Garellick. On arrival it was not very clear on were to go and we eneded up finding some other guests who then text the owner to let them know we had arrived.

We did get to see the lights but the photos we were promised never came, even after multiple requests. We spent 4 nights staying in the Luxury suit with outside private jacuzzi.
