I rented a boat that had seen a lot of use and obviously some repair and I got a boat that ran good, had a good prop and was perfect for what we wanted to do: rip across the lake, see some sights and go tubing. Regardless, customer service was horrible and wouldn't trust any reservation or promise. Lady said yes, come in! As noted in other reviews, it sounds like this type of customer service is a norm. The man who checked us out was super! The overhead screen was fine and there were no other issues. When we said no way we cancelled, we were told that the boat was out of the water due to maintenance issue.

I personally don't prefer cruising down a lake at 65 mph, getting bounced around a lot, and having to hold on for dear life and waking up the next day with a wind-burned face.
